FAQ
What happens after I purchase?
After you've purchased a plan, I'll send you a welcome kit by email, confirming your membership. This will include your membership certificate, the welcome guide, color palette and outfit styling help, and information on my client closet.
Are travel expenses included?
Yes. Most of my holiday heirloom sessions are in the studio, in Pensacola, FL. Those that do take place outside of the studio will be nearby to the Pensacola area. All travel, (including the additional family session in the "A Year in the Life" membership plan), is included in the package price of the membership.
Can they roll over to next year?
No. Memberships are only available for the current year, they expire by the end of the year, so be sure you know which ones you want to sign up for! Due to the locked-in discount pricing, these packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable, and they cannot be redeemed for cash value.
Can I add to my membership?
Yes. If you select a package that doesn’t include all (8) holiday heirloom sessions, you can add additional ones, but you will have to pay the price of that session at the time it is offered. Discounts are not offered on additional sessions outside of the package.
